I'm a full-time engineer, dog mom to four fur babies (Grizzly, Sheila, Kenia & Lola 🐾), and the hands behind every piece you see here. I live in Miami where I am surrounded by Oak trees, Peacocks, and Macaws flying in groups multiple times a day.

My pottery journey began back in 2021 when I started playing around with air-dry clay during the pandemic. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into a real passion. In April 2022, I took my first pottery class at Anhinga Clay Studios, and from the moment I sat at the wheel, I was hooked.

After that, I signed up for group classes at the studio and spent countless hours learning from Gus (he’s the best!) and from incredible ceramic artists on YouTube. Thankfully, I have an amazingly supportive fiancé who’s always encouraged me to chase my dreams. He and our pups even surprised me with my first pottery wheel for Mother’s Day so I could keep practicing at home after work.

Since then, my at-home studio, known as The Stu, has grown from a small corner in my home office into a fully equipped pottery space. It’s where I unwind, create, and get lost in the process of turning clay into something special.

This year, I’m taking a new step in my journey by hosting my very first pottery workshop, something I’ve dreamed of doing since the beginning. I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and sharing this craft with others.
